Chacon Autos - Buyer Beware
Buyers beware, go somewhere else unless you want to be completely ripped off. My engine seized in 3 months and instead of sending it to the dealership for diagnosis they are putting the blame on me and said I have to pay $5000 plus for a new engine. Expects me to make a car payment in the midst of it all, I told them I would file a lemon law complaint, and now I cannot get a phone call returned, and they told me they will just close my loan in 20 days. Not trying to replace vehicle nor let me get it diagnosed at the actual dealership. Remind you they have the vehicle in their possession.

Chacon came to get my car because the KIA boyz broke into it. They had agreed to work with me because they wanted me to pay a deductible before they began ANY repairs.

I reached them today to get more information so that I can know what other options Id have & they told me they TOOK my car and there wasnt anything I can do! I had been reaching out to them and nothing was said about the car being repoed everybody had different stories about the car and what I could do I was told I could take long as needed to pay that deductible they didnt ONCE try and reach me about ANYTHING they are big *** scam artists and money hungry They wasnt even going to say anything about my car being took they didnt let me get any of my things out the car everytime I called they told me I had to talk to specialist and specialist never answered I left voicemails and never received a call back

Bad customer service

It never fails, every time I call the 877-374-**** number I get hung up on then if I call the customer service number 877-905-**** I get attitude from who ever I speak with. I get it...you can get rude customers, but not all customers are rude. They make you feel like they are being bothered and annoyed. Unfortunately for you guys, once I am able to get out of this contract, that's the first thing I will do. with that being said, I hope you have a blessed Chrostmas and a Happy New Year.

They always try to get extra money from you when you pay your payment.every month they try to say I dont have insurance on my car and I do its email to them.I will never buy another vehicle from them an I advise others who are looking for a car do not go there.

Horrible dealership

These people asked for $166 more after I paid $900 for my car note. I went up there and paid. I got a call a week later asking for additional money. The stress and frustration is not worth dealing with these people. If you are in a bind please skip this dealership.

Get my car back

I was able to obtain my 2018 Dodger Charger SXT with the Help of Mr. Jason Rodriguez! THIS IS ONE AMAZING SALESMAN AND AN EVEN GREATER MAN! Woke up and car was gone

The last time I spoke with the supervisor, I was told that I was going to be giving up till December 15th to have my full payment. I was also told that I was going to be contacted but never was at that moment I tried calling leaving messages and nothing. I have explained my situation numerous of times and offered to send in documentation. I am a single parent mother and this morning my child had to witness my car not being where I parked it.

I’m a customer there and plan to be an on going on customer if you handle your business with yourself and take care of what you need to do in your part then it wouldn’t be any problems all I know is they all be good to me because no matter where you get your car there will always be an issue.

This comment was probably paid for by the local vendor! Or this vendor works for the company in trying to justify its star ratings… so far I have read many reviews of this company and I give it an *** for defrauding,’lying, manipulating tactics toward car purchasers looking to get into a first time car, or other… they seem to prey on the less educated, bad credit individuals who lack training in the world of leading and or buying cars… so far it looks like this companies sell LEMONS CARS… in which lawyers are needed for a buyer to recuperate all their lost monies.

Not worth the headache

When purchasing the car the only option for payment was bi - weekly which is not a big deal since i was told i could pay both payments at the same time (beginning of the month) i wont go into a long drawn out story but bottom line is customer service communication is WAY off. I have been having to pay late fee on top of late fee without realizing it until today.

The one lady i spoke with set up the online portal so i can make both payments once a month (because you cant alter the amount even if you are trying to pay more) but aparently even her doing that was having me be a payment behind. I NEVER had an issue making my payments until i was no longer able to go in and had to start doing it online.

Unless you are able to walk in and speak to someone EVERYTIME, i say dont shop here. Its inconvenient otherwise.
